Benchmark Rings -
Over 40 years ago in Turkey, H. Tosyali's passion for precious metals and gems inspired him to start a company to
design and create fine wedding bands. In 1972 he and his wife moved to the United States and built the company
now known as Benchmark. With him he brought the concept of the Comfort Fit band and successfully introduced it to the
US marketplace. In their factory in Tuscaloosa, Alabama they manufacture some of the finest wedding bands in the world
using the purest gold, the finest platinum, the most talented designers and the most skilled craftsmen.

All Benchmark wedding bands are die struck. They start with a solid ring of gold or platinum and with meticulous carving.
The die struck method provides for a more consistent product, one with less porosity and more gold -
a solid band throughout. Cast pieces are more prone to have voids within the
metal which can occasionally lead to imperfections or breakage.
Over 30 years ago, Benchmark brought the Comfort Fit design to the United States and obtained a patent. The inside of
our rings are oval shaped, eliminating the sharp edge against your finger, providing years of comfortable wear. Other
companies have modified this design but Benchmark's is the original, true Comfort Fit.
Over the years Benchmark has invested over $3,000,000 in the latest technologies to provide their customers with Precision
Set diamonds.
Throughout the centuries companies have set diamonds by hand. Hand setting diamonds can lead to inconsistencies and
imperfections within your diamond ring. Benchmark has solved this problem through our Precision Set diamond ring line.
Each diamond undergoes a stringent inspection judging color, cut, clarity and size. Only the finest, most precise
diamonds selected. They have developed a process that allows us to set your diamonds by machine, insuring that your
Benchmark ring will be perfect.
Perfect means that your diamonds will be safely secured within the piece. Your diamonds will be perfectly spaced and
flush meaning that the table (the top of the diamonds) will be even with the top of the piece. Perfect also means
that we will expose more of your diamonds by using only the necessary amount of metal to secure the diamond in place.
Why should you hide any more of your diamonds than is absolutely necessary? Traditional hand setting generally uses
more metal to secure your diamonds, thereby not exposing your enough of your beautiful diamonds.

Cherie Dori :
Israel is a country of contrast and convergence: an intersection of cultures and the crossroads for trade
since the dawn of time. Ancient traditions thrive within modern life. Today camels are juxtaposed with jets
and ancient texts are explored as fervently as the frontiers of modern science. The wisdom of the ages
provide a solid foundation for innovation. This is fertile ground for creative minds. Drawing inspiration
from these influences, contemporary Israeli designers combine old world craftsmanship with leading edge technology.
Nelly Kohn, a graduate of Haifa University with a Masters in Art and Modern French Poetry taught art at
Yanccodada Museum in Ein-Hod, Israel. Nelly, with her husband Simon, started the Cherie Dori Collection to
bring us the finest work of these contemporary artists.
The fruit of these artists' efforts are meticulously crafted in Platinum, 18k 14k and Sterling silver.
Their sophisticated, clean, modern designs reflect the ancients knowledge of geometry, proportion, and
aesthetics. Timeless beauty is revealed in a fresh new way.

Founded by Sam Sharaby in 1959 after 15 years of being in the jewelry manufacturing industry, Master Craft has emerged as
the leader in antique reproduction jewelry. In 1969 son Robert joined the firm and in 1974 another son, Maurice, joined the
firm. Master Craft is still a family owned business with the third generation entering the business. It has grown in size and
can now accommodate the smallest as well as the largest retailer without giving up that personal touch.
We take pride in producing a product of the highest quality where even the smallest detail is not overlooked. On many
occasions we have been referred to as the "jeweler's jeweler" since many of our retailers purchase their own personal
jewelry from us.

In 1994 Master Craft took a bold step and moved out of Manhattan. Being self-sufficient and a prime manufacturer, we
felt we no longer had to accept cramped quarters by operating in Manhattan. Master Craft moved to a 10,000 square foot
state of the art facility, which was built to our own specifications. This allowed us to expand our product line and
develop the platinum designs that you are about to view, as well as our 14k & 18k designs of rings, earrings and
pendants, flexible and bangle bracelets, necklaces and many other types of fine jewelry.
